impossible to transform companies without developing their people,
particularly their leaders. This is why coaching and mentoring forms
the core of almost all our work.

The difference between coaching & mentoring
While often used interchangeably, coaching and mentoring are two different things.
- Coaching involves helping individuals
to increase their awareness of themselves and their environment. We
listen and ask valuable questions that guide individuals to grow
towards their potential and succeed in their work. We don't give advice
or tell.
- Mentoring involves transferring
knowledge, skills and wisdom to the aspirant leader. Our team of
mentors provide experienced guidance to individuals to help them
succeed in areas where our mentors have succeeded.
Coaching and mentoring are essential
for developing good leaders, and helping companies to succeed. They are
also forms of real-time learning, and therefore complement training
programmes, seminars and business schools.
